The Overall Process
Whether you are an individual inventor or a fortune 500 company, before you can move forward you must make sure you have the right product idea and understand its risks and potential as a viable product opportunity. - Part Design: 3D modeling is just a tool. All parts must be designed for proper function, the appropriate manufacturing process and proper fit. We have over 25 years of experience in the design of mechanical and electromechanical products used in everything from jet engines to appliances, to power and hand tools.
- Engineering Analysis: Depending on the product or system, DJalbert Design can provide finite element analysis system modeling to ensure the product design meets the target requirements.
- Prototyping: DJalbert Design uses a network of sources to produce prototypes rapidly and cost effectively for everything from models to hold and visualize, to product samples that can undergo full functional and durability testing.

- Patent Preparation: Protecting your product ideas are just another way we can help. We can draft your provisional patent application and either file it with you or bring in patent attornies to assure your products protection.

- Manufacturing Design Support: All manufacturing sources have their own specific capabilities and equipment.
