David Jalbert has 24 years experience developing products for companies such as General Electric Aircraft Engines, Black and Decker, Stanley Bostitch, and Goldblatt Tools. Chosen as a member of Hanley Wood's Tools Of The Trade magazines Dream Team July 2000 as a design innovator, he holds over a dozen patents and another 6 pending for innovative solutions to tough design issues. He has worked on collaborative design projects for companies on four continents and projects associated with Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. New product development company providing consulting and collaboration services for clients. Client services are focused on small companies and independent inventors having limited Engineering and product development capability.

Goldblatt Tool Company 2005-2008

The Stanley Works, Bostitch Fastening Division 1992-2004

Developed the world's first hand held battery operated nailing tool.
Developed market-leading roofing nailer, annual sales over $30 million.

Black and Decker Corporation, Household Appliance Division 1988-1992

Developed full line of iron products (21 models) sold worldwide.
Lead engineer on cost reduction team responsible for $20 million savings, 3 consecutive years.

General Electric Corporation, Aircraft Engine Group 1985-1988

Designed/redesigned systems and component for high bypass turbofan engines powering military and commercial aircraft.
Nominated for engineering award for work on engine failures on US navy destroyers and fast frigates.
